• What happened instead, with a screenshot if you have one.
• The browser and device you were using.
• For account or billing questions, the email address on the account.

Do not paste confidential document contents you do not need to share. For a bug, the document type and a short description are usually enough.

Subscriptions are handled by Polar. For a billing question, or to change a plan, email us from the address on the account and we will help.

For access, correction, export or deletion of your data, see the privacy policy or email us. We respond within a reasonable time and within any period the law requires.
