Terms of Service

PaintPDF is a web studio that turns your prompts and files into A4 PDF documents using AI, which you can preview and download. The Free plan includes 50 credits per month; Starter ($5/month) includes 8× the Free credits and Pro ($15/month) includes 24×. Exports are unlimited on every plan. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete — you are responsible for reviewing documents before sharing or relying on them.

You need an account to use the studio. You may sign in with an email-based method or with Google (which shares only your basic profile — name, email, profile picture — as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use PaintPDF.

You agree not to:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors;
• attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service, bypass usage limits, or interfere with other users;
• use the service to generate misinformation, spam, or deceptive documents (forged credentials, fake legal or financial records).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the documents you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate PaintPDF (for example, storing documents in your library and sending prompts to AI providers to generate responses). You represent that you have the rights needed to upload your files and that your use does not infringe third-party rights.

Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Subscriptions are billed through Polar; you can manage or cancel from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support@paintpdf.com.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI providers, hosting, or billing dependencies may cause downtime. We may update features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaintPDF is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated documents. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
